All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

What is Your Online Returns Policy?
M-Stores is dedicated to making the return process simple for our customers. If customers have any problem with a product, M-Stores gladly accepts authorized returns within 14 days of receipt for most items (as per the terms and conditions below).
Return Instructions
Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt. Customers have to pack and ship the product within 14 calendar days after requesting returns. Opened items are authorized to be returned unless they are used (including trial), installed, or activated. Returns must be made in their original packaging with all accessories included.
All personal data and installation must be erased before returning the products. Returns will be checked by technicians of M-Stores when delivered. Refunds will be made within 14 business days after parcels have been delivered to the return address if no problem is found with the returns. For returns that are not made as instructed, parcels will not be accepted and will be returned to customers. Customers will be responsible for the postage for delivering the parcel back to them.
Terms & Conditions
- The warranty is limited to technical defects and component issues that affect functionality.
- For unsealed products returned due to change of mind, up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund as diminished product value.
- Due to hygiene concerns, an extra 10% of the item’s value will be deducted from the refund for returns of unsealed personal items such as earphones and headphones.
- Return parcels must be sent to the destined return address. M-Stores will not be responsible for parcels sent to addresses other than our designated return address.
- M-Stores reserves the right to ask for photos and serial numbers of items being returned to verify their origin.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by liquid, intentional damage, dropping, mistreatment, unauthorized repairs, physical damage such as cracks, improper use of accessories, normal wear and tear (e.g. touchscreen scratches, battery depletion), jailbroken/rooted devices, or screen burn over time.

Who is Responsible for the Return Logistic Fee?
M-Stores will cover the logistics fee by providing a free return shipping label only for faulty items and items that are sealed but damaged on arrival.
For returns due to change of mind or items not as expected, customers will be responsible for the transportation fee.
Returns must be made with a tracked service. Tracking numbers and photos for returned parcels should be provided to M-Stores once parcels are sent.
M-Stores is not liable for any returns lost in transit.
